PanaSystem Handels GmbH supplies the YTU carbon blacks from Russia to 26 countries located in Europe and North America with annual volume exceeding 120 000 Mt.
16 warehouses
Our warehousing facilities in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Netherlands, UK, Italy, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Lithuania, Russia and USA enable us to store up to 27000 Mt of carbon blacks and guarantee constant Just In Time delivery to our clients.

In 2020 we have delivered to our clients over 120'000 Mt of carbon blacks. Depending on customer's needs, the deliveries can be arranged in silotrucks, big bags or small bags.
ISO & ASTM
Yaroslavskiy Tekhnicheskiy Uglerod is one of the biggest carbon black producers in Europe and is fully certified in accordance with ISO and ASTM requirements.
With our logistic facilities we can ensure the high reliability of deliveries both for long-term contracts and for short-term spot deliveries. Depending on the needs of every single customer we can arrange a safety stock to cover the demands for several months at a close availability to the customer's production facilities.
YTU Carbon Blacks
Today PanaSystem Handels GmbH supplies all the essential ASTM carbon black grades as well as special grades for those clients who have distinct requirements to the feedstock. We will provide a close technical co-operation between you and the carbon black producer (YTU) to enable the control of the significant product parameters which are not specified by ASTM.

| YTU Yaroslavskiy Tekhnicheskiy Uglerod is one of the biggest carbon black producers in Europe. Being launched in 1960s the plant has been constantly developed and updated. Nowadays YTU is the largest carbon black producer in Russia and in the world at a single location. The plant is fully certified in accordance with ISO and ASTM requirements. With its 1000 employees the YTU plant has a production capacity of 375000 Mt of carbon black per year and exports worldwide 80% of its output. |
Since 1994 the YTU plant produces 19 ASTM grades of carbon black. For the clients with additional distinct requirements the YTU plant produces custom grades with individual specifications.
In 2014 YTU became an organizational member of ASTM Committee D24.

History of YTU
The construction of the YTU plant started in Yaroslavl in 1962. Initially the construction was performed as a carbon black production attached to the Novo-Yaroslavskiy oil-refining plant. Since May 6, 1963 the carbon black production was segregated into an independent factory.
In 1993 for the first time in the industry the plant pioneered the implementation of the water recirculation system through water treating facilities reconstruction and the cessation of water discharge to nearby ponds.
In 2000 the operation of the production lines on the plant was entirely computerized.
In 2001 the plant put its own power station into operation. By burning the waste gas in the utilization furnaces (leftover from carbon black production) and converting the produced steam to electric energy YTU completely covers the energy needs of the plant.
Today Yaroslavskiy Tekhnicheskiy Uglerod pays great attention to the quality of the products, production management and control systems. It has own research laboratory where all the quality standards are tracked and maintained.
